How to unlock and account after three incorrect password attempts (in a domain environment)

The one thing I do each day the most is unlock peoples account after they have forgotten their passwords and have locked their accounts. And this is how you do it :

1. As administrator (with the relevant security clearance) go to active directory, which looks like something like this :

2. Right click the main domain (a little drop down menu will appear and on that click find)
3. Put in the users name who has locked their account and press find.
4. Their name will appear and you right click their name and go down to properties.
5. Go to account tab
6. Finally you will see a small check box saying account locked that needs to be unticked and your have done it.
